Based in the USA, A Better Life Homecare LLC. is a MeMedicare-accreditedCHAP certified home health agency that was formed by a group of nurses who had the vision and a mission of “improving care, one patient at a time.” We are also proud to be an approved provider by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to provide quality medical and non-medical services to eligible recipients.

Medicare and Medicaid Home Health Programme

ABL  is both acute and chronic disease management with an interdisciplinary team that consists of the Participant, Caregiver, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, and Home Health Aide to assist the participant to achieve optimal level of functioning.

Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) Program:

Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) is a Mass Health program that pays or personal care services to eligible Mass Health recipients 22 years and older living in approved subsidized housing. To qualify, clients must need help with at least one daily personal care task such as bathing and dressing. There is no cost for Group Adult Foster Care for clients who meet the eligibility requirements. A list of private fees is available upon request for consumers interested in services but are not Medicaid-eligible. Our competent and experienced staff establish a treatment plan designed to meet each client’s specific needs.
